Software Engineering Discipline - Business Modeling
  1. Conceptual Level
    • Candidate with good Vertical/Domain expertise.
    • Exposure to Business Solution Architecting.
    • Good understanding of OO principles.
    • Ability to visualize and represent solutions graphically.
    • Good understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language).
  2. Tools
    • IBM Rational Rose
    • IBM Rational XDE
    • Any other UML tool .




Software Engineering Discipline - Requirements Management

  1. Conceptual Level
    • Candidate must understand different problem eliciting techniques.
    • Exposure to different documentation standards.

Software Engineering Discipline - Analysis & Design

  1. Conceptual Level
    • Good familiarity with OO Principles and Practise.
    • Use Case driven development approach
    • Knowledge in software architecture
    • Different implementation platforms with .Net, J2EE
    • Ability to visualize and represent solutions graphically.
    • Good understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language).

    • Any other UML tool




Software Engineering Discipline - Testing

  1. Conceptual Level
    • Knowledge in different functional/domain verticals
    • Ability to understand business process
    • Ability to create test cases from use cases (functionality)
    • Should be able to develop test ideas.
    • Exposure to testing methodology
